they are actually out of court and waiting for verdict, the funny thing about the whole case is they are not even being indicted, for the file sharing, the main convictions if there will be any, will be because they encourged people to share pirated software, and made fun of copyright law. In other words even if they get jail time no laws will be made stopping them from doing what they have been doing.
