Default Is there anything similar to Reimage for offline use?

I am looking for windows diagnostic software that can diagnose windows problems is there anything out there?.

Just other day i had a machine in with a problem with com+ i had to edit registry and re-install, although im getting good at fixing windows problems by hand would be nice to have a program to tell me that its not working properly.

Is there any tools out there that can tell if each mdoule of windows is working properly and that all dll's are registered properly just that would help.
