I'd disconnect everything, RAM, LCD, Wireless card, battery etc, plug in the adapter only for power, leave the CPU and heat sink obviously. Connect to external and power up, it should report (beep). Next get a known good RAM stick and stick it in slot 1, power up does it post or display? If not move the RAM to another slot until you do get a post, if your getting nothing and you changed that motherboard you probably have a fried CPU. You might also want to make sure the adapter is good and providing enough juice too. I missed the post where you said it worked on an external, my bad, if it works on the external than I'd agree with whom ever said check the cable and LCD.

Everything disconnected only adapter no beep at all stick the ram slot 1 nothing slot 2 nothing, the other stick etc and again nothing............

Why??? Because when you buy used parts you run the risk of the replacement having the same defect as the one you are replacing.

DOA even on "tested" boards is not out of the question. Its happened to me at least 5 times. Sucks to have to let a client know its going to be a few more days to get another board, but once your options are exhausted you have to.

So you are saying to order another mb do you think that this is the problem???

If I had exhausted ALL other possibilities then yes

I took off and the processor but nothing at the screen, nothing to external screen i connected only the motherboard to the ac adapter and to the screen but no post.........

bought and a new processor still nothing what is wrong with this laptop ican't understand.........
