Anybody see towers/desktops coming in with non-bootable conditions on GIGABYTE boards with Dual UEFI BIOS ?
We had 3 this past month. Each time a simple BIOS reset (either a button on the mobo or a jumper) clears it out and then the system/BIOS does some kind of reload/search on its own and it comes back up. Typically we just update what we can and explain to the customer how to do it on their own and charge them a decent fee and they are off. Its different boards, but so far only GIGABYTE for me. |

Have not noticed this as of yet. We use a lot of Gigabyte boards with our custom computers with no issues at all. Was the latest BIOS installed on the the machines?

I haven't seen any of those yet either. What does it do on power up, nothing, splash screen, black cursor?

Could it be the customer overclocking?
