Default Backing Up Family Tree Maker Files

I have a customer that their Windows OS (Windows 7) became corrupted. I am unable to boot into Windows through safe mode, etc.

They have lots of Family Tree Maker files on their hard drive that they do not want to lose. How can I back these up if I cannot boot into Windows? What files do I look for?
