Personally I would NOT put an estimate on the front page. This comes off as desperate and needy. Instead I would give the user good chunks of useful information and why they should use you over others. Things like "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed" or something.... I would also consider putting a page together that has your "base" fee schedule so that they at least have an idea as to what it will cost. Make sure you note that the prices are subject to change due to severity, software licenses, or hardware replacement.

That is why i tried to use web.com but they suck.. I guess ill just have to wait till i get the money the pay the $1500 they want for a professional looking website.
