On my kit files i click on check for update and i forget the transid and i insert my email i used but it says "contacted administrator"... Help xD

Oh ^^ I just want to get the updated files for the kit I purchased a while back but when I enter the email I used it doesn't work, and I can't seem to find trans ID

Send an email to support@technibble.com with as many details as you can remember about the purchase.

Paypal email address that you used will be most helpful but if you cant remember that, the name on the Paypal account.
