Tell us a little about yourself
Just wanted to thank you for your unique and very valuable Web site. I am not a computer tech per se, but often the goto guy when friend's and neighbor's experience adverse software or hardware issues.

What country do you live in?
Phoenix, Arizona USA

What is your current experience? (Years working on computers, in the business, certifications etc..)
Started with PCs in 1993 with a 2.77mHz XT having a 15mb RLL HD. No formal training or certification. Just upgrading, and trying to get systems to to function.

Are you self looking to start a computer business, already have one, working for someone else or something else?
Merely the neighborhood guy who will ~try~ to fix your machine without charge.

Anything else you would like to share? hobbies etc..
