iCal/yahoo issue

I have a customer who has an iMac, I went to her house and set up her email account, etc, showed her how to burn a disk, did some software updates, etc.

She calls today and tells me that there is an error on her screen that randomly pops up in iCal, she uses iCal as her main calendar.

This is the error:
The server responded with an error.

The request for account “Yahoo!” failed.

The server responded with “502”

to operation CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation.

I have been googling, but it seems everyone asks the question and no one seems to answer.

any suggestions?

Does she use Yahoo with iCal? If not, go to iCal, preferences, Accounts, delete Yahoo.
