...and then catch up on sleep..tired from 2x back to back nights of juggling around a VMWare farm...re-provisioning LUNs, etc.

No freaking kidding dude....its like they are crazed animals man. I'm not complaing either, but we all know whats going to happen when they are done with the book...

Not often.
The couches are more for sitting and talking to customers about their needs etc when buying a new machine.
Also get quite a few visits from our suppliers so need somewhere to sit.

We also wanted to be totally different to the other computers stores in town so we don't really have any pcs or laptops on display. We have a few things next to the front desk like USB drives, inks, mice and stuff like that.

I quite like the "homey" feel to your shop. Every time someone is spending money to fix something, it's better to make them feel as comfortable as possible!
