Default Billing Software for Mac
I am personally a Mac user, and would like to know if anyone knows of a great billing/CRM software available that I might be able to test?

I have looked at Billings and GrandTotal which seem to be able to do what I want them to, but I just want to make sure that I'm not missing something.

Am in much the same boat so can't offer a recommendation but would be interested in your thoughts on this. I use mHelpdesk and would have given Quickbooks a try for the integration but there's no UK Mac version.

I bought MYOB years ago for y previous freelancing work but never ended up using it much and I'm not sure how good support/updates are since being sold to Mamut.

I've heard good things about Billings from others but haven't tried it myself. Am getting by with just mHelpdesk and Numbers at the moment but will see if that still does the job come first accounts!

Why not just use something web-based? OS agnostic

I can recommend Billings.

Nice and simple

I'm currently looking for an Mac app to manage jobs and stock!!

I'm not entirely educated on the topic of web-based billing softwares but from what I have seen, they are not as flexible in their features as a software like Billings would be.

Billings seems to do what I want, honestly. I had a small problem with a version that I was recently using where one of the reports I normally run to see what I have billed/collected in a month wasn't reporting anything! So, that was an issue. However, it was an older version so there is a chance that this issue was resolved in a newer release. I might purchase the newest version and see how it works out for me. It's only $40..
