My ISP now offering computer repair

Just got my monthly statement from my ISP, and inside the envelope was a flyer indicating that they are now offering computer repair. Free diagnostic, $65 O/S install w/ backup, $40 virus removal, others at $20/hr.

Fortunatly, they are an alternative ISP for those who don't have access to DSL or cable, so thier account base isn't huge. Still, it's not something I'm thrilled about. It is likely to have an initial impact. My hope is that they provide shoddy service, and drive thier customers my way. Time will tell.

On a side note, has anyone ever negotiated a deal with a local utility (phone, data, water, etc) to include a flyer with thier monthy statements? Might be worth looking into?
