All it really does is improve chkdsk so it doesn't need to take a volume offline to fix logical issues (although it doesn't work all the time)

This makes me lol. About time Windows! Also, it becomes obvious an OS lacks any genuinely new features when things like 'on the fly hard disk repairs' are touted as the highlights.
