I have started a small PC repair business but still have a primary 8 to 5 job. I would like to start offering my business customers 24/7 help desk services but i can not seem to find a company. Does anyone have any suggestions of companies i can outsource help desk services to?

LiveVHD. They are awesome. They do charge per computer though. If you are looking to pay by the number of minutes used, take a look at Cloud Services Depot.
Both are good companies to deal with. |

Phone support isn't so bad if you have the funds, but keep in mind that outsourcing to something like a call center will cost a decent amount per call.
Your best bet is to look for a call center that already does tech support, and is familiar with training their reps as such. Pricing will depend on your requirements. 24x7x365 tends to carry a premium, and they will charge per call so your cost to the customer may go a little high. They will also generally have a minumum number of calls so they can afford to pay their minimum wage agents. Try looking at places like Transcom North America if you still want to outsource(I used to work for them so that's why it came to my head) or, in my opinion, you could simply hire 3 people to man a phone for 8 hours each. Probably will be cheaper in the long run and give you alot more control over your quality. |

Phone Support / Remote Support / All Customized for your business (I've used it for over a year supporting one site 100% of the time)
