1,200 bucks in 5 minutes? The only quicker way to blow money out the window like that is at a casino!
Since she likes Latitudes....try to change out her order to an ATG model. If not XFR if she has the budget. Yeah she has accidental coverage now...but she'll still experience downtime with her boy and a non-ruggedized laptop.
