Now I didnt know that, interesting if I stay with them I'll have to put in my diary so I can look at better deals. Only problem with this deal is its 18mth.
Riduculous they can tie in for that long these days!
Only thing I've done if offset my cut off and BT coming in just in case so I can cancel BT and stop VM cutoff if necessary.
So far no Manager called back over my complaint, if I have to call back I def wont be happy!
