Need some input on my site

I don't have my own business up and running yet, so my opinion may hold no weight when commenting (giving input) on our website, but from a consumer point of view I find it confusing you put/list your services in the "About Us" section.

I agree. My advice is to make a dedicated page to list your services. Also, I would darken it (the whole site) up a bit. Some of the highlighted text (5 star google places and the one that's two lines beneath) are hard to read. Light blue on a white background does not work well. I am fairly young (27) with good eye sight and I had trouble reading it so I know older people will have a hard time with it. I would also change your logo at the top right to the one that you use in your signature on the forums (IMO, darker is better). Otherwise it looks good. I am getting ready to begin construction on my page myself.

I think it looks good, but I agree with Love2Tech...i would make another page to separate your about us and your services page. The other thing I did not like was when you click on the remote support tab it instantly downloads team-viewer. Maybe have the remote support link go to a page explaining your remote support services with a download link to team-viewer. If I were an average computer user I would have freaked out a little clicking a navigation link that opens up a download dialog. Just my 2 cents.

I would remove the Zopim chat, unless you are available to answer chat requests at least 12 hours per day. I think it looks bad if you offer this as a contact option but are "offline"

I see you have acted as suggested with regards to the whole about us, services.... now my comment on your services, is it just me or does your list seem too short and too vague?! Of course there has to be a balance on whether it's too much info or too little, i think you need to turn it up just a little without spelling out every detail.

Just my thought on this.
