Smile Ideas

I wanted to ask for some ideas on Computer Repair Service.
Example I charge a Certain Amount Upfront and then keep Charging a certain amount each month, Which will mean they can get there computer repaired as much as they want with me.

Ideas like that.
Do you guys have any other Computer Repair Service ideas?

my idea would be that your suggestion won't turn into a very reliable business model. most average residential customers don't want to pay when something break, little on paying when nothing is wrong.

Actually, just about every day people are on here talking about managed services and moving it to residential.. Best Buy is planning on doing it too.. It will take some working out, but its not a bad idea.
