I am a member on a number of other forums, mainly a tech support business forum and have references from there. All sales will be invoiced via Paypal through my IT business and I stand behind all the products that I sell. All products are to be considered in used but in “like new” condition and new items will be marked as so. I will give a 30 day guarantee to all items purchased.

Shipping will be done via USPS Priority w/ delivery confirmation - except for servers which will be a custom ship job (UPS or FedEx). All items will be insured. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer except otherwise noted. I only charge the actual fee for the shipping and packaging materials (usually just shipping fee) and do not markup the shipping fees to make extra profit.
