Tell us a little about yourself
I am an ex self employed tv and video engineer who branched out to pc repair. It just seemed a natural progression, especially when videos became an unprofitable repair in the mid 90's What country do you live in? I live in England but born in Scotland. What is your current experience? (Years working on computers, in the business, certifications etc..) My experience goes back as far as 80-81 working with the Sinclair ZX80 and ZX81. They were a lot of fun, probably more hobbyist though. Repairing pc's as an addition to my tv business since 95' Often thought about certification but I'm 56 now and passing my knowledge to my grandson. He can do it, lol. Are you self looking to start a computer business, already have one, working for someone else or something else? I still have a large customer base from my tv repair days who keep me busy with their pc's/laptops. Its' quite regular work but doesn't really warrant the need for premises. Anything else you would like to share? hobbies etc.. |
