Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a self taught computer repair technician. I'm passionate about finding solutions to simple and complex problems. The most rewarding part of the I.T. industry for me is the relief and joy I bring to people when solving their technology nightmares.

What country do you live in?
I live in Australia on the East Coast.

What is your current experience? (Years working on computers, in the business, certifications etc..)
I have been working in I.T for 5 years. I don't hold any useless paper certificates apart from a Biology degree. My experience encompasses:
-all that residential customers may throw at me to solve.
-VOIP communications.
-The range of Microsoft OS and OSX.
-I have been self employed since starting out in I.T.
-I constantly read on-line to update my skills and keep in touch with where technology is heading and how it can assist with common day scenarios.
