Default Need a little help w/ matching correct RAM

I need to replace some RAM with these specs:
2Rx8 PC3-10600S-9-10-F2
DDR3-1333 Mhz
204-pin SODIMM NOB
CL9

The replacement I am eying is sold at Fry's here...

Patriot SO-DIMM 4GB PC3-10667S CL9 (DDR3-1333) (PSD34G10662S)

Should it work? What does the "NOB" stand for?
