The "Most comfortable chair" is the chair that works best for YOU.
The chair that you like the best is probably not the same chair that works best for me. And visa versa. While a lot of us may have lower back issues, they may indeed be quite different back related issues, combines with our different body types, different body sizes, etc etc etc.
For me..I like those kneeling architect chairs the best, I also like those ergonomic "ball" chairs (where the chair is basically one of those 65" exercise balls with arms, backrest, and legs on it).
