Yeah this is one great piece of software I've been using since hearing about it on podnutz (I actually have two machines concurrently running it to the side of me). Sometimes it's good to get a refresher, thanks for the tip.

I prefer a write protected USB key with autopatcher.

Ive tried autopatcher but they dont do system packs where as wusu does.

I use AutoUpdater, it is pretty good... I burn the whole kaboodle to DVD's. Runs pretty well. I make a different DVD for each OS to make it run faster when updating on the target system. Then one more for MS applications (Offfice, etc)
For my own network, I use WSUS 3.0 SP2 on an old Dell server running Windoze 2003 Server.
