Computer Courage is here!
Hello all, greetings from Computer Courage in Berkeley, CA. We are a growing IT support, computer repair, and web design company servicing the San Francisco Bay Area.
I've joined the forum to participate and help where possible, as well as to ask questions. Here goes question number 1 - can anyone recommend the CRM program that they are using? I"m looking for a better solution to track customers, work, open tickets, sales calls, histories, etc. What do you use?

Welcome to the site. Might I suggest you click on "Search" and look for CRM...There have been many discussions on what others are using.
