I love the tool, thanks a lot!

One question, Is there a way I can get MSDaRT discs working?
Id also love to see KonBoot, but not that big of deal

Edit: ERD Commander works just renamed as xplive.iso (since im not using that anyway,) but vista, and 7 DaRT would be nice. I did try putting those ISO's in place of vista and 7 recovery, but it did not load properly.

I had a similar issue with the DaRT iso images. The way around it took me a while but this was my solution. First of all for my needs I am unable to get everything I need onto 1 DVD. Granted this program made it so that i can carry less cd's with me, but just one is not a good idea.

The issue at hand is that for some reason Sardu allows you to use both Windows 7 32bit and 64bit but not Vista. So in effect that is the solution. This will require you to carry 2 discs instead of 4, which is still not bad. Since there are 2 versions of Vista DaRT, the 32bit and 64bit, just remain them to what the windows 7 files are for Sardu.
Example: in the Sardu ISO folder put your Vista DaRT ISO images in there. Then rename them to Windows_7_32-bit_Repair_Disc.iso and Windows_7_64-bit_Repair_Disc.iso. Now run Sardu. If you click on the PE tab you will see that for the "win recovery disk" there is already a check mark on the "windows 7 recovery disk". Click on make iso and you are done. Label your new cd "vista DaRT's or something else so that you know this is for a windows vista computer. When you boot from the cd the menu will still say its windows 7 32 and 64bit versions but once you boot into those images you will see your vista DaRT load
Its not a prefect solution but it works.

What I am doing now is just ripping the data from the disc of the 64 bit 7 and vista. Coping the data to a temp location, renaming the folders. Then ripping the 32s. Copy the 64 bits back over with the new folder names, and editing the sardu/menu/pe.cfg to reflect the correct directories for all DaRT.

I also got my copy of spinrite added in.

I put a copy of spinrite.img in the root. Then added it to utility.cfg
Code:
#
label Boot from Spinrite
menu label Boot from ^SpinRite
      KERNEL memdisk
MENU INDENT 1
    append initrd=/SpinRite.img
#
Edit; I also got konboot working now

Dart and Spinrise aren't freeware

Slightly off topic but i found some write protected usb drives on newegg the other day .. they are made by pqi and have a physical switch that u can flip to lock the drive. I got the 8gb drive and it was about $20 and it works great.
