Targus DC adapter recall
I got a note this morning from Geeks.com, where I'd purchased Targus laptop universal DC adapters. Targus has a safety recall of several models which they will replace free of charge. Mine was not affected, but I would definitely check this out and inform your clients. Here are links to verify serial numbers affected as well as FAQ:

Wow, I am very shocked to hear this. I went with Targus every time I or a client needed a universal charger. Thanks for the heads up bro.
