Could this problem be due to packet shaping?

Online games:
runes of magic
pirates of the burning sea
age of conan

I can play them from 2am to 6pm after 6pm massive lag
then if i play world of warcaft or EQ or EQ no lag 24 hrs a day.
So only think of can think of is packet shaping?

If i encrypt my connection using an onion router or vpn there is no lag on top 3 games , from what i understand the netcode engine of some of these online games use Bitorrent technology to transmit info.

So if packet shaping that bell is doing this how could i file a complaint?.

wow this is odd i made a complaint to crtc within 5 days the problems have gone away? i wonder if it could have been a problem at my isp or with line noise.

I have seen trucks working on trunks and fiber for days now my downloads are faster than ever i guess they upgraded equipment.
