Default Any hard disk util out there?

I am looking to defrag the hard drive and would like to know of any good cleaning tool besided what windows offers.

jkdefrag best I know some like defragler

or use my friends site http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...ative&aq=f&oq=
he gives very good links

clean with ccleanrer then reboot and defrag in safe mode using jkdefrag
