Medisoft Clinical Problem

I'm not sure if anyone deals with medical offices using Medisoft Clinical but I have an issue that is baffling me.

On some terminal services users, when they try to run Medisoft Clinical, it crashes immediately with "PRW.EXE HAS STOPPED WORKING". This does not happen with local users, only users using remote desktop and it doesn't happen to all users. If I delete their profile and setup and new one, it works again... for awhile (days, weeks). I've compared the "working" users to the "non-working" users and everything appears to be identical.

I've only found one post online pertaining to this problem and the solution posted didn't work for me.

Anyone else have any ideas?
