Default It only turn on without the cmos battery

So I got a e-Machine T4852 which had a dead CPU fan, replaced the fan.

But now I noticed that the computer doesn't want to turn on if the cmos battery is on place (Removing the battery will let the computer start to boot correctly into windows. Replaced the battery with a new one in case that the battery was bad but it still does the same.

Did a little research about it and some people had similar issues but turned to be power switch problems, so I decided to unplug the cables and jump the power, without luck.

What you guys recommend me in this case?

What diagnostics have you run? What have you tested and determined to be good?

Are you tired of getting defective iPhone screens? Try eTech. We used to send back boxes of defective iPhone screens to WGP, now we rarely get them.

Well, reset the memory and ran memtest which was ok. Also ran Seagate SeaTools in short and long test and it was ok too. PS seems to be ok at least in the tester, haven't tried using a new one.

Try a new PSU

Also might be worth resetting the CMOS settings

Because PSUs can be intermittent, I always test them with a PSU tester and by swapping it out with a good PSU for a second opinion. Do you have any motherboard diagnostics that you can run?
