Default Help with Windows 7 custom theme.

I was wondering if anybody knows how to make custom task bars, start menues, windows, etc for Windows 7. Or if anybody could point me towards a tutorial.

Also, is it possible to change the boot sound depending on the time of day?

Maybe a little more detail about what you are trying to achieve would be in order here - is this an end-user solution, and, if so, for what purpose?

You could easily achieve this by running a script. Whats the problem with doing it that way?

you could just use a simple batch file and run it as a scheduled task.

regarding customizing the visual aspects, whats wrong with simply designing a skin for a system like Windowblinds?
