Teamviewer

I have been testing Teamviewer for the last couple days and really like it. The one thing I am having trouble with is when I want to perform a reboot on the remote computer with multiple windows accounts. I never can reconnect because I assume the service isn't starting up on the Windows logon screen. I have to call the person and have them login into windows before I can reconnect.

I have the setting in Teamviewer to start as a service. I called their support but he wasn't really sure why it wasn't connecting. He thought maybe it was a setting in Windows?

Any ideas from people that use this program?

I haven't had any problems rebooting with multiple accounts. When boots back up I get the normal window to select which account. I have done it both running as a service and running the quick support client and rebooting from the TeamViewer interface with no problems.

Assume you are using a paid version??? Think it otherwise will not work properly as service and such...free doesn't that I know of but I'm not certain.
