If any of your clients use Outlook Express, and you install Office 2007, then during the install Office will remove all incompatiable Spell Check Dictionaries, in my case it's English. So that left me with only a French one.

MSKB: support.microsoft.com/kb/932974

Sorry, can't post urls yet. :(

I don't know how microsoft does these things. But doesn't the office 2007 suite come with outlook 2007. I know its a pain in the butt to migrate their data, but hey you should be able to charge for more time that way.

Yea agreed, much prefer using Outlook when available, but the client didn't like Outlook prior to this, and didn't want to switch over. So fix what they like, not what you want to give them. ;)

rurbaniak, is french your computers default language?

That would definitely make some sense then, but no. MS explains how it removes the incompatible dictionaries from the system, and some how French is still compatible, or not included included so it doesn't get removed.

Hmm, weird, I wonder why it considered English as incompatable... Anyway, thanks for the tip, im sure one of us here or someone googling will have this problem will find this thread. Thanks again.
