I suck at HiJackThis logs

Well I am gettin better mostly I just use it when I am at my end and tired so yeah I tend to not want to read them more then I can't read them. I don't see anything that really sticks out but here is my log Im just wondering what is up. I was getting some major slow downs and fine one of the svchost.exe is running 98% CPU usage.

Thanks for the shre techpro, i know this topic is a bit old but just wanted to say thanks as those links are very helpful, i was wondering how these people at techguy or w/e their name is always managed to fix problems on a forum based on these logs (seems confusing lol) i guess i know how they do it now.
