Computer will not boot

I installed a new motherboard and cpu. When I turn the computer on the screen shows ESC boot F1 restarted and F10 system recovery. When I press any key nothing happens. What could be wrong? Thanks

what are the installed OS and Hard Drives types (pata, scsi, sata)? Is the boot order set properly in BIOS?

My hard drive is SATA. How do you set the BIOS?

Depending on your machine it's F1, F2, F12, DEL, or INS to get into BIOS
then look for something called boot order.
