Hi Guys,
Yesterday I released my website on to the world wide web: http://www.itworksonline.net.au
Its my first website and I would appreciate any feedback or critisism - spelling mistakes, wording problems, if anything's unclear.
I know my prices are cheap, my I live in an area where the average income is very low.
Thanks
Philip

home page - why choose us section - the space after the word service is also part of the link. move the space to the outside of the <a> tag
links in the body page loads it's own page, have all links load in the parent page using target, the nav bar and the links on the right side work correctly.
contact us page - what is with the name, address, suburb, state, zip code, ETC... at the top of the contact page?
getting started page - problem checklist - did you get permission to use symantecs logo and name (the image)?
Support page - Diagnostics - the applications your hosting on your website should be linked to the programmers site instead. read their terms of service agreement.
I like a lot of the content being used in the website, but i also think that there is an abundance of information, that make the website complex to browse for most basic users

I've fixed the small errors with the front page.
Contact Us page - I can't change the layout because I'm Joomla! When I view the page all I see is the website, email adress and mobile phone - I don't see anything else or address.. etc. (a problem at my end?)
I didn't get permission from Symatec to use the image, I'll ask them today
I've repacked the applications so they auto extract and open - is it O.K if I link to the programmers executable or should I link to their website?
I think there's too much information as well, but if I was a customer and I got burnt a few times I would like all the information I could have. Each service page has a short summary and more details below - may be I could add a more information button?
Thanks for the feedback! :)

service page - 3 links in bold open in seperate pages
be sure to check all your body pages as there could be more.

I've fixed the links on the body, and i've added more information links - so the reader isn't overwhelmed from all the writing :)

I haven't had a chance to critique it, but overall it looks very good. I like it.

not a site question, but the "no fix, no fee - guarantee!"
how do you do a disclaimer to that,
for example, if i guy comes in and says i want you to mirror my HDD and install a virus scanner after you start removing the viruses, but find out they are too imbeded and you tell him he needs a new O/S install, he says "OK"
so you do it, (and that is a fair amount of time)
then you find after the work that both HDD are bad as well as his onboard sound, so he says ok i am gonna just leave, well you didnt finish the job and there was "no fix" so now what? you get nothing...
I just wanted to point that out so you wont get caught in a bad situation, I assume you have a disclaimer of some sorts?

How did you do the "How did you hear about us" thingy. I want to add something similar to my page.

I'm using Joomla! which is a CMS and has plugins out of the box for polls (How did you hear about us?) Pretty easy to use, had it setup over a weekend :)
Thanks for the feedback

The idea is that after diagnosis, if I can't figure out why it's not working - there is no charge. I offer alternative solutions, which if they accept they have to pay.
