Hi!
I changed professions from IT to the health industry several years ago (DOS days), but have kept abreast of new technology basically as a hobby. Recently my regular job has slowed down and I've found myself loaded with IT related work from "word of mouth" advertising. I currently have a friend of a friend's business requesting a quote for my services and have no idea where to start, as far as the industry standard goes. I am hoping to find some help here.
