There are 5 ways to completely block USB port in your computer

1) Block physically put some glue or something

2) From registry

3) Using GPEDIT.MSC

4) From BIOS

5) Using 3rd party software

I reckon the best way is do it in the BIOS, because you can also disable booting from cd's, which a couple of staff tried to do to get round restrictions at a local enterprise I know. Then you can whack a password on there and wait...

How would you use a keyboard and mouse if you completely block usb access? A better way to do is is to set 'deny permissions' to whoever you don't want to have access on the drivers. usbstor.sys & usbstor.inf are the files you need to set permissions for USB mass storage devices.
