Good used or new surveillance cameras

As the title says, I'm looking for some surveillance cameras. I would prefer outdoor/ir, but I also need some for inside. I'm also interested in some enclosures and ip cameras if the price is right. Also, a good dvr w/wo hdd and ip accessible if the price is right.
