Since I am here lol, is there a free for commercial use remote support tool available that is easy to use and polished a bit? I know of logmein, to difficult and tough for those not to knowledgable, I know of uvnc, little unpolished for my purpose, and ammyadmin is, well just not what I am looking for, any suggestions?

You can use the free edition of Instant Housecall. It will let you conduct unlimited sessions with up to 5 customers.

Crossloop.
Don't do it. Crossloop drops connections a lot and makes you look unprofessional. Trust me, I'll never use it again!
I haven't found a good FREE one so I decided to pay a one-time fee of $300 for Simple-Help. I might update some time down the road but it'll only be $60.00 then.

Except I have more than 3 customers, and it's weird to ask everyone to uninstall it.

Well the company I work for now uses PCHelpware IT'S FREE and is fully customizable. It also lets you copy and paste files and folders which is a big +.
I will be using this for my remote support option.

Not to sound arrogant but why do you say Logmein is hard to use? It has tons of features and customization - and it never drops sessions. It also works great in black&white mode for slow wireless connections, and the rescue applet works great too.

I've used TeamViewer as a test on a couple of machines, and while the user needed to authorize the initial UAC to run the program, from then on, I was able to click on the UAC prompts. Not sure if this is what you meant.

logmein I said no to because the free version requires them to register to this and install that and it gets to be a hassle for the little experienced and to have a customer do it gets a bit difficult. Just looking for something quick.
I love teamviewer but it unfortunately is not for commercial use without a fee.
Also I like pchelpware but its a little, plain and unimpressive at first sight and im trying not to through people off.

Sooo... I'm gonna say that you probably need to either lower your expectations of "free", or pay for something that meets all your expectations. ;)

LogMeInRescue is great. Replied in TimeCode's thread. It is well worth paying for.

All my registered customers receive FREE email / telephone support, which many of you may say is being too charitable, but like the companies who provide FREE software as part of therir marketing strategy, it works in very much the same way. All physical calls are charged at a minumum of £40 per hour, which in my area is pitched just about right.
For the customers that require assistance hovering in the background, I use Logmein, and have been doing so for a couple of years. For those that require it I charge £50 per year, which saves me a lot of travelling time, if I need to examine a customer's PC quickly.
Many of my customers will leave their PCs turned on and allow me to login and check their protection software (Antivirus /Antispyware etc). Its also great for sorting out those quick niggley problems that are not worth spending time in traffic. There is a great trust between me and my customers who frequently allow me to examine their PCs without supervision.
I have always found Logmein to work satisfactorily, and the FREE version allows me to do all that I need from a remote support angle, anything more will generate a physical callout. As for ease of use, I find it very user-friendly.

any time I opened a program such as msconfig, and it kicked off the uac prompt
i lost control of that window, ,so while i was able to click other applications like open firefox etc , i couldnt change tabs or buttons within msconfig

very odd. I literally used it an hour ago to setup a PC (I didn't feel like going back and forth to it from my main computer) and got plenty of UAC prompts. I was able to click on each one with no problems.
This was also the free version that I just ran from the website as I was using it on my own computer. Otherwise I use VNC.
