fake set up

I recently did a system restore to resolve a problem but it didnt so I went back to try and undo the restore , but when I went into system tools system restore was not there For some reason I tried to reinstall windows to try and cure the problems but now Ive got a bigger one I now got a message that says "fake set up call himself instead original "setup exe" setup abort " now [I] cannot start windows please can anyone help thanks:

If you are trying to install from a non upgrade cd of windows I would suggest you do a complete format and reinstall. First thing to do is to find a working machine plug up the broke machines HDD as a slave and backup your files. Then piece the broke one back together and boot to the install CD. format drive completely delete exsisting partitions and create new. If the problem continues find a copy of the install CD and try it. Let us know what ever else you can about the problems and any error codes and system specs to rovide further assitance
