I used skype with no problems untill i restored my pc to factory settings, I tried to install the skype version 4.1 it installed ok but when I trie to open it I got the error message(Skype has encountered a problem and needs to close) I uninstalled it and reinstalled it many many times but still get the same message. i did all the updates on my Window media XP machine but that hasnt helped, I cant understand why as it worked perfect on my machine before the restore any help much appreciated
