Is there any way to restore back the downloading file?

Last night I download some movie.

When I woke up this morning the downloading is still running .

It has completed 90% of its progress.

The computer became freeze when I was trying to search some music.

Iam helpless that time and quite tension because I have spend so much time to download that movie, and suddenly the computer is freeze.

If I touch the reset button , the downloading will cancel.

Is there any way to get it back or do i have to download it again?

If you're torrenting then most torrent programs will let you continue from where you left off.

But I download it not using torrent .

Its my mistake for not using it.

If you cant use your mouse the computer has frozen and your download has stopped anyway. If you just have a program or explorer.exe not responding then your download still may be downloading.

Depending on what your downloading with you may possibly be able to continue your download. If its a P2P application then you can. If its a torrent you can. If its a http download you usually cant, but sometimes if you save it in the exact same name and location of the original it may continue. If you are using a download management tool such as "Download Accelerator Plus" or "Getright" then you probably can resume.
