Perhaps a section called Tech Toys where people can talk about gaming consoles, mp3 players, webcams and basicly all the tech gadgetry. If gaming consoles are included I would figure go ahead and include/allow the discussion of the games too. This might later lead to its own area but we will see for now I would lump them in the same area. I think a place to talk about these things would be good and later maybe sub divide them as it all grows?
