I'm not aware of a single website where updates are available for any and all antivirus programs, but MajorGeeks is a good place for Symantec, SpyBot, Ad-Aware and McAfee update files. Maybe Sophos, too, but I can't remember for sure.

Majorgeeks is really the only one I know of that has most of the big ones.

mm.. i'm a little bit confused as to what you want

seems like we're putting the cart before the horse - ??

sounds like you want a website that has a/v defs for "all" a/v products - and it keeps updated "daily"??

if you only use one anti-virus, have THAT a/v check daily at the vendor's website

am i missing something here?

I think he is lookin' for the definitions so he can store them locally; so when he installs an A/V on each clients computer, he doesn't have to waste time/bandwidth downloadin' them for each PC?

( Thats what i gathered from the posts anyway )

Which is why sites like http://www.majorgeeks.com have them all for download.

in that case, if a single website doesn't do it for him, maybe the "next best thing" would be html shortcuts/links stored either on a stick drive or on a personalized website (iGoogle, for example)

then, links to those important websites w/ the updates are only a couple clicks away
