What is actually wrong with the computer? What are you getting? It looks like you Had IVideoCodec but its been removed. Are you getting "This PC may have spyware blah blah" message?

It is my brothers PC and what happens is Spybot says it could not remove all components and would remove the remainder next restart well problem is you get this error every time. I was also told today that he can no longer connect to the internet I don't know if this is true or not.

The question was what was wrong with the computer? Why are you spybotting? You are telling me what you are doing to try and fix it but you havent told me what you are trying to fix.

Well I had setup spybot to run everytime it started up after many other spyware problems. I have not had a chance to look at it agian and I don't know that there were any real symptons only that it picks up something it can't remove and that last I was told it doesn't connect to the internet. I will get more info and check it out more I just didn't have much time or effort to deal with it more so I just got the HiJackThis log and posted it hoping it was something easy to spot.

If Spybot couldnt delete them because those processes were client running, you can try and delete them using Pocket Killbox (http://www.technibble.com/pocket-killbox/)

Spy Bot has not worked once for me, I got a messenger worm but luckily I was able to fix it myself, it was a nasty one though. I'd like to post the link of instructions to remove it that I made but I need 15 posts.

Write it without the http:// and the WWW and you can bypass that.

If you run spybot from a PE environment built using Bart PE and adding in the Spybot plugin it wont have those problems. It isnt running in their environment, but it has access to their registry as if it was. So it cleans up a LOT better.
Spybots on page on this: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/43.html
And a better version of the plugin, that is always updated with the newest definitions: http://www.911cd.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=12585&st=0

Running from a BartPE or UltimateBootCD build is probably the best way to do it, but if you cant get your hands on one for some reason, there is always Windows safemode.

Getting your hands on one isnt too hard though. It should be part of any good techs cd collection they take with them onsite.

You can download UBCD here:
http://www.ubcd4win.com
I is a very good bootable enviroment loaded with lots of computer repair tools (more than stock standard BartPE).

I run a mirror for ubcd4win. Ben updates it for me though, I have been too busy to run it for the last couple months. It also has autopatcher. I need to do some massive cleanup on that site. http://downloads.itinerantgroup.com
