Client calling patterns

What time of day do you get most of your calls for repairs, especially if you
handle residential clients as most business clients tend to call during
business hours ?

Please state if you are a on-site repair tech or have a shop (or both).

Do you get saturday and sunday calls, if so how often?.

Just figured we could look for trends amongst the regulars here.

My call patterns vary through out the day but Saturday is my slowest day of the week. Usually get a call Sunday from someone who wants to get the computer fixed before the work week starts again. I do on-site only.

I get most of my calls either first thing in the morning (8:30 - 10:30 am) or mid afternoon (typically around 2 pm).

I do on-site repairs (no shop yet).

I get calls all hours and any day. Most of my regular customers know Im an after hours business primarily but doesnt seem to make any difference when they call.
