Personal Antivirus has anyone seen this?

Malwarebytes not picking it up, spybot either no entries in add/remove software guess ill have to go in by hand and remove.

have you tried combofix, process xp adn autoruns? i have removed this before

Just ran combofix this one had a rootkit once rootkit was gone it is easy to clean.

Malwarebytes picks it up and removes it effectively... but... for some reason each time I have seen Personal Antivirus, the only way I have been able to remove it is to hook the drive up to a different computer using my trusty Magic Bridge II and use MBAM to scan it from there. It must somehow be blocking it or something when you try to run it locally.
