For some reason everytime my customer shuts down there computer then starts it up in the morning there java stops working, they are pogo addicts so they need java to work.
First thing i did was cleanout java cache that didn't fix it.
Then i uninstalled java deleted the directory ,ran a registry repair and re-installed newest version of java it works till machine is shut down.
If i use CClean then run firefox the java works again , im thinking maybe there are a few bad sectors where java cache is?.

Maybe uninstall Java (and make sure that the Firefox Java plugin is also uninstalled under Tools>Plugins>Plugins) and reinstall. I'd say this is a Java problem rather than Firefox, but you probably already know that. ;-)

I haven't seen this particular issue myself over at Mozillazine, but you might want to try posting in Firefox Support there. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38
One of the boys should be able to help. ;-)

Wow something must be messed up either in firefox update or java i have uninstalled all java and firefox removed all registry entries, even removed empty folders by hand as well as java plugin.
Then reinstalled the whole thing did massive virus and spyware scans found nothing as well as deep rootkit scan.
I still get java not found if i use ccleaner java works again guess ill post about problems and see if mozilla can find the problem.
Java works for a few hours then quits running ccleaner or robooting the machine fixes the problem?

Just to be clear, Mozillazine is not Mozilla. It's an independent user to user forum. It was the first support forum for the Mozilla programs, but now Mozilla has it's own. I still prefer Mozillazine. No developers, but a really knowledgeable group of people.

Lol i think i have everyone stumped my guess is java plugin is crashing due to frequency of posts since 3.0.9 that is when it started, 3.0.10 made it worse.
Guess ill just have to tell customer to close all browsers then run CCleaner till whole mess gets sorted out by mozilla or java.
I even tried installing older versions of java it does run longer but starting a java game then loading in another quitting and loading in another causes java to stop working after an 2 hours or so.

could try an older version of Firefox perhaps? Does it work ok with IE, just
for a test?
